Terms of Sale: Terms may be established by completing credit application. Terms are granted based on past credit history, length of time in business, and any history. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Failure to provide complete information may delay credit processing. Customers without credit terms may place an order with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, Discover or Master Card. Orders may also be prepaid with a money order, cashiers check or company check. A $35.00 charge will be applied for all returned checks. Oak Hills Vegetable Farms, Inc. reserves the right to hold any order if there is an unpaid balance. Accounts with a delinquent balance will be re-evaluated and may revert to prepaid order status. Please allow 1-3 business days (after receipt) for payments to post. Past due accounts (over 90 days) are subject to collections and the account will be prepaid for at least a one (1) year period. Cash discount applies to product only - shipping not included.



To Place an Order: Our Customer Service Department can be reached at 425-502-0321 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, EST Monday through Friday. We do not split cases.



Price and Availability: Prices and product availability are subject to change without advance notice. Please contact Customer Service for current pricing and product availability when placing your orders. No backorders for items that are of stock.



Free/Discounted Shipping Program: Free shipping when ordering 30 (12-pack) cases or more of product. Oak Hills Vegetable Farms,Inc. pays 50% of the freight when ordering 10-29 cases of 12-pack cases.




Shipping: YOU MUST COUNT THE CARTONS AND MARK ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING. Any discrepancies in the case count listed on the Delivery Receipt that is not marked on the Bill of Lading BEFORE the driver leaves will not be credited.



Extra Services and Charges: For larger shipments (pallet sized orders) please notify us if a delivery appointment is required. We can arrange for delivery appointment and inside delivery, but only when services are requested. Request extra services in advance to avoid delivery delays. Please note that additional charges levied by the freight carries (i.e. inside delivery, residential delivery or lift gate service where available) will be passed on to you regardless of order level.



Damages and Shortages: All claims of shortages or internal damage must be reported to Oak Hills Vegetable Farms, Inc. Shipping Department within 7 days of receipt. All original shipping cartons, packaging and damaged merchandise must be retained. You may be asked to hold the merchandise for pickup.



Returns: Returns will only be accepted when customer notifies Oak Hills Vegetable Farms, Inc. Shipping Manager or Customer Service Department prior to return. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater (applies only if at no-fault of Oak Hills Vegetable Farms, Inc). Returns must be received within 15 business days of receipt of shipment. Oak Hills Vegetable Farms, Inc. is not responsible for merchandise returned without prior notification and approval.
